How the module develops Business Readiness
I can apply contemporary developments in employee relations to different organisational contexts. I can demonstrate via a debate my appreciation of different view-points and express my own views sensitively and effectively. I am developing my knowledge in line with the Professional Body and my resilience in conflict and challenging situations has grown.
