2. Intellectual/transferable skills outcome – You will be able to consider a complex issue relating to emerging markets and propose feasible alternative options for consideration. 

How the module develops Business Readiness 
I am developing my knowledge to understand business organisations in their international environments. I am appreciating the role of international managers working in complex environments. I am developing my research skills using a range of library sources. Through the formative peer assessment I will be learning to both give and receive feedback sensitively and to develop oral communication skills. I will develop my ability to formulate convincing arguments, drawing conclusions using a range of evidence. I will have the opportunity to reflect on my own learning and skills development.
