GENERAL GOALS
-To know the concepts and basic postulates as well as the current approach of the ecological science.
-Learn to interpret and elaborate ecological models applied to the marine systems.
-To understand the structure and functioning of the ecological systems (pelagic and benthic).
-To know the functioning of the aquatic ecosystems from the knowledge of the flows of energy and cycles of matter.
-To evaluate the current knowledge of seas and oceans.
-To use different technologies of survey and laboratory in marine ecology.
-To extract qualitative and quantitative information about biotic and abiotic components of Mediterranean aquatic ecosystems.
-To respect the nature.
